No. Our greatest concern is for the safety of our guests. Because Stone Mountain Lake is a large, urban lake, it is subject to water quality issues, especially in the summer when high temperatures or heavy rain can drastically affect the water quality. Because real-time water quality tests are not available, we simply do not permit swimming in the lake.

Visit our page on the Walk-Up trail for this information.

Bicycles can be ridden along the roadways inside the Park. There is a dedicated bicycle lane on Robert E. Lee Blvd., on the back side of the mountain. Bikers must ride single file and follow all traffic laws.

Yellow Daisy Festival

Stone Mountain Park’s Yellow Daisy Festival (YDF) is one of America’s favorite and most well-known arts & crafts festivals. Featuring hundreds of artisans from all over the country, the Yellow Daisy Festival is held each year in the month of September to celebrate the blooming of the Confederate Yellow Daisy. (The daisy can be seen in its natural environment on hiking trails on the mountain). Despite its growth from a small Arts & Crafts show to the four-day event that it has become today, the Yellow Daisy Festival continues to be a big show with a small-town feel. The mission of re-connecting families and friends with fun, shopping, live entertainment, and good food has remained constant over the years. Multiple generations families meander the festival grounds in search of the perfect item.

Please include not only the services/options you provide, but also pricing and listing of other events/venues where you sell your product.

***Please note that the Yellow Daisy Festival has a high volume of attendees and we receive many inquiries regarding participating as a food vendor therefore we cannot respond to each and every inquiry. If there is availability or a need for more information, a member of our Foods Department will contact you for more details. We do keep all information on file should we have any other events or openings throughout the year.

Sure we will! 2022 Vendor List Whether it was last year or 10 years ago, we will try our best to get you the information you need. If you could please email us at ydf@stonemountainpark.com and tell us as much as you can remember about the artist, we will be sure to work on your request. (A Tip For You: Anything and everything helps us in narrowing down the potential artists: Maybe you remember what state they were from, what types of product they had, a rough idea of the location of their booth, the more details and specifics – the better! We love playing detective!)

Often times we are able to accommodate this request. If you could please email us at ydf@stonemountainpark.com we will be sure to check with our merchandise team and see if they still have items available for purchase.

Early Bird tickets are not available this year.

The festival layout has been modified to allow for social distancing, and will take place within Stone Mountain Park's Events Meadow, and adjacent to the meadow along Old Hugh Howell Road. Please reference the Festival Map.
